Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle massage technique designed to encourage movement of lymph fluid through superficial lymph vessels. It uses light, rhythmic strokes because the lymphatic system depends on muscle movement and external pressure to help return fluid toward the circulation. It is often used for swelling or fluid retention, where improving lymph flow may reduce discomfort and tissue congestion.
