Manual Myofascial Release
Manual myofascial release is a hands-on bodywork technique that applies sustained pressure and stretching to muscles and the surrounding fascia, the connective tissue that helps support and separate soft tissues. It is used to reduce perceived tightness, improve range of motion, and ease pain or discomfort associated with muscle tension or restricted movement.
