Journaling
Morning Pages
Morning pages are a journaling practice in which a person writes freely soon after waking, usually without editing or censoring. The method is meant to externalize thoughts and reduce mental clutter, which can support reflection, creativity, and emotional processing.
No studies and no community reports of this practice are on file. What follows is general knowledge — read it as description, not evidence.
These are research findings, not promises. A practice does not replace medical treatment.
