synthetic compound
Adrafinil
Adrafinil is a wakefulness-promoting compound that is converted in the body to modafinil-like active metabolites. It is used to increase alertness and reduce sleepiness, but it can place more burden on the liver than direct modafinil use and is not a standard dietary supplement.
These are research findings, not promises. A supplement does not replace medical treatment, and taking more does not work better.
