Journaling
Worry Journal
A worry journal is a written practice for recording concerns, triggers, and related thoughts in a structured way. Externalizing worries onto paper can reduce repetitive mental looping, clarify what is controllable, and make it easier to problem-solve or set concerns aside.
No studies and no community reports of this practice are on file. What follows is general knowledge — read it as description, not evidence.
These are research findings, not promises. A practice does not replace medical treatment.
