Nasal Breathing Training
Nasal breathing training is a practice of consciously shifting breathing from the mouth to the nose during rest, exercise, or sleep-related routines. Nasal breathing filters, warms, and humidifies inhaled air and can encourage more stable breathing mechanics, which may matter for comfort, airway health, and sleep quality.
