Group Therapy
Group therapy is psychotherapy delivered to multiple participants at the same time under the guidance of one or more therapists. It works through therapeutic discussion, feedback, shared experience, and interpersonal learning, allowing members to practice communication and observe patterns in a social setting. It can help with many mental health concerns by reducing isolation and building coping skills.
