Oxcarbazepine

Oxcarbazepine is an anticonvulsant used mainly for focal seizures and sometimes for mood-related conditions. It stabilizes overactive nerve membranes by blocking voltage-gated sodium channels, which reduces abnormal electrical firing in the brain.
