Levetiracetam

Levetiracetam is an anticonvulsant used for several types of seizures. It binds to the synaptic vesicle protein SV2A, which modulates neurotransmitter release and helps reduce abnormal neuronal firing. It is valued for seizure control and relatively few drug interactions, though mood and behavioral side effects can occur.
