Dipyridamole
Dipyridamole is an antiplatelet medicine used to help prevent blood clots, often in combination with other agents. It inhibits platelet activation partly by increasing adenosine signaling and cyclic AMP, which reduces platelet aggregation and lowers the chance of clot-related events.
