Perfectionism Reduction

Perfectionism reduction means placing less rigid pressure on oneself to achieve flawless results or meet unrealistically high standards. Excessive perfectionism is often maintained by fear of failure, self-criticism, and all-or-nothing thinking, while reducing it can improve flexibility, well-being, and willingness to act under uncertainty.

These are research findings, not promises. Most options have little evidence, and results differ from person to person.
